There are lots of call center in different parts of the country and almost all big companies have them too. Call center is growing rapidly and many call center agents are fresh graduates and under graduates. In a way it is good because under graduate students are given a chance to work with a decent amount of salary. I remember my brother who used to just go around and play skateboard, now he works in a call center here in the city and is earning a lot because he is very good in his job. He used to be just a call center agent but after 2 years of excellence in his work he applied for supervisor’s position and got accepted now he is can support his own needs and even told me to apply where he works and earn for myself but Im kind of scared because im poor in communication skills and im very shy specially to people I don’t know.
